LK-T63 Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine
This production line is designed for high-volume manufacturing of disposable aluminum foil containers. It integrates decoiling, stamping, and stacking in a fully automatic continuous operation. One operator is sufficient to run the entire line—balancing stable performance, high speed, and low labor cost.

With over 15 years of experience in exporting aluminum foil container machinery, we understand what matters most to production managers and factory owners: reliability, uptime, and long-term value. That is why every key component comes from globally recognized brands—Mitsubishi (PLC, touchscreen, inverter), Innomotics (main motor), Schneider (low-voltage components), and SMC/Airtac (pneumatic systems). The machine structure is built with solid materials, and the core press is designed for a service life exceeding 30 years.
Key Advantages
- One operator per line
- Capable of 24-hour continuous operation
- Average stamping speed: 50 strokes per minute
- Automatic stop with fault display on touchscreen
- 60 mold parameter storage
- Quick mold change system
The LK-T63 press is specifically developed for three-cavity molds, making it ideal for small to medium-sized aluminum foil containers. It features a C-frame structure with a lithium-based grease lubrication system.
Standard Line Configuration
- Decoiler
- T63 press machine
- Scrap suction system
- Standard three-cavity stacker
- Scrap baler
- Scrap aspirator
The safety door automatically stops the machine when opened during normal production—a design feature that directly protects your operators. The mold lifting arm on the worktable makes mold changes noticeably faster and easier.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many operators are needed for this line?
One. The line runs fully automatic.
What is the actual production speed?
Average 50 strokes per minute, which equals approximately 9,000 to 12,000 containers per hour.
What happens if the machine malfunctions?
The machine stops automatically, and the fault is displayed directly on the touchscreen for quick diagnosis.
How long is the machine designed to last?
The core press has a design life of over 30 years. The complete line, with normal maintenance, will serve you well beyond 10 years.
Can this produce smooth-wall (wrinkle-free) containers?
Yes. We design and manufacture both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall molds.
How long does a mold change take?
One person, using the hydraulic system, completes a mold change in about 15 minutes.
Coated or uncoated foil—which one should I use?
Both work. Uncoated foil lowers raw material cost. For your first purchase, we recommend coated foil for smoother initial operation.
Can you make custom molds based on my sample?
Yes. Send us your sample container, and we will build the mold to match.
What is the typical reject rate?
Approximately 1/1000.
What is the difference between T63 and T80?
T63 is a 3-cavity C-frame press with lithium grease lubrication. T80 is a 4-cavity H-frame press—the H-frame offers better stability, and the closed oil circuit is cleaner and more economical. If your budget allows, we recommend the T80.
How loud is the machine, and where should it be placed?
Maximum noise at the front of the machine is 105 dB. At 50 meters away, it drops to approximately 70 dB. We recommend positioning the line away from office areas and residential zones.
